Tehina (aka Tahini Dip) is a really easy condiment to whip up that goes great with all sorts of Middle Eastern dishes. Serve this with kabobs, shawarma chicken, or with falafel.
Recipe from Sivan's Kitchen
1 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1 lemon, juiced
1-2 teaspoons salt, to your liking
3/4 cup very cold water
Mix together the tahini, lemon juice, and salt in a medium bowl.
Slowly whisk in the cold water, a few spoonfuls at a time. The mixture with thicken and get creamy. Whisk to your preferred texture. If it's too thick or if you prefer this to be more like a sauce, add some more water.
Season with more salt or lemon if you'd like and serve.
