2 apples, grated
Berries (I used a mix of 6 Strawberries, 10 Blackberries, and 10 Raspberries)
1 orange, peeled and sliced
Zest of one lemon
1 small vanilla yogurt
1 cup of milk
2 cups of muesli (or granola if muesli is not available)
