¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, grated
pepper
Chives, for garnish (optional)
In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic. Season with pepper to taste and sprinkle chives, if using.
Serve with steamed or roasted artichokes.
