This is a salad dressing inspired by Caesar salad, but with pretty generous deviation from the traditional ingredients. It might sound a bit wacky, but serve this with fresh, crispy romaine or baby gems lettuce, croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese for a new take on the classic salad.
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1-3 drops tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 medium boiled egg (boiled about 8 minutes)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until combined and smooth. Drizzle over your Caesar salad ingredient and enjoy. Leftover dressing can be kept in an airtight container for about 3 days.
