If you're looking for a vinaigrette style Caesar salad dressing, this is it. It's not creamy or heavy and can last in your fridge for 5 days. For a traditional salad, serve this over romaine with shaved Parmesan and garlic croutons.
Recipe from Betty Crocker
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
Whisk together all the dressings ingredients. Store in an airtight container, or serve part of the dressing over romaine, shaved Parmesan and garlic croutons. I typically use 4 or 5 tablespoons of this per salad I make, which feeds about 4 people.
